  • Understand which of your customers have only one product with you, and think about what cross-sell might be appropriate. Set up a calling list, and prepare to make calls every day to those customers.

 

  • Educate your customers, in addition to selling them a product or service. Make sure they know the best way to use the product or service, and they will use it more effectively and consistently.

 

  • Ask for the client’s business unapologetically and consistently. If you believe in the excellent service you provide, you should always ask for the business, because you know it is best for the customer.
